It’s that time of year — or at least slightly before — when you can reasonably start to daydream about how your fantasy football drafts will play out in August and September. Even sooner for Dynasty managers.

Annually, undervalued players wiggle around in fantasy football drafts. These 6 steals are flying under the radar in 2025, ones that could win you the chip.

And because you’ll inevitably want a leg up on your peers to conquer your leagues, we have fantasy football draft steals on the brain, delivering them to your eyeballs.

Listed alphabetically, these redraft and dynasty formats, these six players are underdrafted at the moment.

1. Stefon Diggs (WR, NE)
Redraft

Redraft ADP: No. 90 (Non-SuperFlex)

You can dip out of Diggs in Dynasty. He’ll be 32 in November.

Redraft, however, is a different ball of wax. After his offseason shenanigans — they were weird — his profile for 2025 seems to be in decent shape. Keep in mind, the New England Patriots’ room, per proven WR credibility, is absolutely dreadful, unless rookie Kyle Williams morphs into an instant stud.

The ball must go somewhere for Drake Maye — he is an instant dud — and Diggs will be that guy in 2025. The unabashed WR1 in New England.

2. Isaac Guerendo (RB, SF)
Dynasty

Dynasty ADP: No. 174 (Non-SuperFlex)

Christian McCaffrey will get hurt again. It’s what high-use and aging halfbacks do.

San Francisco will then turn to Guerendo, who filled in admirably last year. Consider this: Let’s assume that McCaffrey shows up to September, cryptically injured again. How would you feel about Guerendo if you had that knowledge aforethought?

Exactly.

Get him in Dynasty — he’s 24 — and let him build on his 572 on 99 touches (5.8 yards per touch) in 2024.

3. Aaron Jones (RB, MIN)
Redraft

Redraft ADP: No. 64 (Non-SuperFlex)

The Minnesota Vikings have affirmed a commitment to running the football more often and more efficiently in 2025. They’ll also employ J.J. McCarthy — more on him soon — a man Minnesota probably won’t ask to throw 65% of the time on Sundays.

Indeed, there is injury concern for Jones. He’ll turn 31 during the regular season, but Jones somehow played all 17 games last season. Select Jones and perhaps cuff him with Jordan Mason in Round 13 (redraft leagues).

Fantasy Football Steal No.4
Tucker Kraft (TE, GB)
Dynasty, Redraft

Dynasty ADP: No. 84 (Non-SuperFlex)
Redraft ADP:
No. 113 (Non-SuperFlex)

Kraft produced 707 receiving yards on 50 receptions, with 7 touchdowns in 2024, a mini-breakout season for the South Dakota State alumnus.

He’s the perfect tight end to snatch if you miss out on Brock Bowers, Trey McBride, Sam LaPorta, and T.J. Hockenson, for example. He can get got in Round 9 of Dynasty leagues and near Round 12 of redraft setups.

With Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews nearing the end, the NFL needs more prolific TEs to emerge, and Kraft could hit 900-1000 yards this year.

5. J.J. McCarthy (QB, MIN)
Dynasty

Dynasty ADP: No. 45 (SuperFlex)

Although we just preached about Aaron Jones, at the end of the day, Vikings skipper Kevin O’Connell does love to pass the football. Before too long, McCarthy will be called upon to fully execute O’Connell’s pass-happy modus operandi. O’Connell habitually endorses an increased rushing playcall agenda every offseason, and then his quarterback ends up passing the ball over the field.

McCarthy will be empowered to the utmost by Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Aaron Jones, T.J. Hockenson, Jordan Mason, and rookie Tai Felton.

In SuperFlex Dynasty, McCarthy is a steal in Round 5 or so.

6. Isiah Pacheco (RB, KC)
Dynasty, Redraft

Pacheco suffered a brutal injury last year, and everyone basically stopped caring about him.

This man needs some grace. He’s still the Kansas City Chiefs’ RB1. And in September, he’ll be back to 100% healthy.

Pacheco tabulated 1,179 yards from scrimmage in 14 games two years ago. Meanwhile, he just turned 26. Let’s flash it back to the summer of 2024 for his ADP. He deserves a chance to rebound.

Redraft ADP:
No. 74 (Non-SuperFlex)
